2026 Summer Intern: Associate Project Manager

The Spectrum Internship Experience
You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company. You'll have access to:

What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams - your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
Internship responsibilities may include

• Exploring the foundations of project management, including navigating the full project management lifecycle
• Managing a project from end-to-end
• Working with a team focused on AI model development, software development life cycle (SDLC), and cloud-based tools and architecture
• Cross collaborating with a team of other interns, Project & Program Managers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers

Required qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
• Effective at measuring results using data driven tools
• Ability to use presentation skills to effectively convey project success
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
