Dive into the world of communications as a Summer Intern!
In this internship, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect, celebrate, and communicate across our organization. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, project management, and event logistics; all while making a meaningful impact.

In this role, you may work on:

  • Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee events
  • Craft compelling content that fosters engagement and culture
  • Analyze current processes and make recommendations to close identified gaps
  • Collaborate cross functionally on communication strategies
  • Leading and supporting high-impact special projects

Who We’re Looking for

  • Communications majors preferred but open to Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations and Marketing
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Canva
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable speaking with and presenting to leaders
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow
  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally in a virtual environment
  • Organized and can effectively prioritize across teams
  • Critical/strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong attention to detail

Program Details

  • Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote)
  •  Start Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, or June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026
  • Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
  • This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers. (Undergrad $20 per hour; Grad $28 per hour)
