We need an English-proficient Document Controller, based in no, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, quality check, file, and retrieve electronic construction-related documents

  • Process documents for incoming and outgoing transmittals

  • Review and revise technical reports, specifications, drawings, and other documents

  • Identify and use the correct tools, systems, and techniques to index, file, and control documentation related to engineering and construction projects

  • Collaborate with multiple contractors, project team members, and project management to control, distribute, maintain, and retrieve project documents

  • Work proactively to resolve issues and mitigate risks

  • Support, train, and guide other team members and the client on document control procedures

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of full-cycle electronic document control experience; project close-out experience is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience in document control and records management, including Engineering and Vendor document management, As-Built documentation, turnover processes, technical close-out, and project archiving

  • Construction industry experience with an understanding of engineering, project phases, facilities, and documents for operations

  • Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

  • Effective collaboration skills in a team-based environment

  • Excellent writing skills for technical documentation, specifications, training materials, and presentations

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy

  • Flexibility in adapting to changing client requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

It's a plus:

  • Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield projects

  • Experience with project close-out processes

  • Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
