The role standardizes forecasting processes, maintains analytical documentation, automates reporting and data pipelines using AI-assisted tools, and delivers actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Support Account Executives in pre-sales: deliver technical demos, craft AI-centric end-to-end use cases, secure technical wins, respond to RFIs/RFPs, inform product roadmap, and ensure customers realize value across the quote-to-cash cycle.

Partner with Account Executives as the payments subject-matter expert to assess customers' payment architecture, design multi-provider payment solutions, deliver technical demos and workshops, advise on payment optimization and resilience, support RFPs and POCs, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale payment solutions and influence product capabilities.
