Hunt and prospect midmarket companies (51-500 employees) to sell the Zoom Workplace Platform. Drive high-volume cold calling, create sales opportunities, manage pipeline in a CRM, and work within a defined geographic territory in a hybrid/remote model.

Identifies and prioritizes prospective accounts, conducts high-volume outreach through calls, email, social engagement, and video messaging, and creates qualified sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives. Engages executive decision-makers, customizes messaging, uncovers business challenges, connects prospects with Zoom solutions, and contributes to quarterly growth objectives through creative, resilient, and collaborative sales development strategies.

Manage and grow CX channel partnerships by developing regional strategies, recruiting and onboarding partners, creating business plans, driving indirect sales revenue, supporting marketing and training, and tracking pipeline and quota attainment. The role requires deep Customer Experience and CCaaS expertise, knowledge of contact center and partner channels, competitive market understanding, and the ability to execute partner go-to-market and sales enablement strategies.
