Lead strategic partnerships with Tier-1 utility and program-administrator partners while coaching business development team members. Own complex, high-value deals from pipeline development through close, establish forecasting and CRM discipline, and coordinate with Programs, Marketing, and Finance to convert signed partnerships into qualified homeowner projects. Serve as the primary escalation point for deal roadblocks and help scale the partnerships function.

Manage a mature portfolio of utility, program administrator, and channel-partner relationships. Drive renewals, upsells, expansion opportunities, revenue growth, and successful program implementation. Build executive relationships, maintain pipeline and CRM health, translate technical utility and energy-efficiency requirements into QBRs and proposals, and resolve deployment roadblocks. Collaborate with programs, marketing, and finance teams while traveling to partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
