Own product shaping, tradeoffs, and execution from 0→1; run user research, synthesize insights, and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and operations. Drive incremental value delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and work primarily in person with teams and field users near Denver.

Perform deep-dive analyses across sales, marketing, fulfillment, supply chain, and finance to find inefficiencies and levers for margin and throughput improvement. Build financial models, quantify opportunities, support planning and decision-making, document metrics and data definitions, and measure impact of changes.

Lead and scale people operations by partnering with leadership to build recruiting, compensation, onboarding, policy, facilities, and culture programs. Improve processes for hiring and workforce planning, maintain HRIS/ATS and confidentiality, run events and office operations, and ensure compliance to enable rapid company growth.
