Lead technical presales engagements to assess customer challenges, architect AI-driven CX/ES solutions, design pilots and proofs of value, integrate systems via APIs and cloud platforms, measure AI performance and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and influence product roadmap.
