Partner with franchisees and restaurant leaders to improve four-wall restaurant operations through hands-on coaching, diagnostics, training, and implementation support. Drive improvements in food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and labor management while building actionable improvement plans and supporting rollout of new initiatives across the assigned Minneapolis market.

Develop, validate, and improve machine learning models (regression, classification, forecasting, optimization). Prepare data, perform feature engineering, train and evaluate models, and support deployment with Data/ML Engineering. Communicate results, document methods, and collaborate on experiments and cross-functional initiatives.

Field-focused role improving 4-wall restaurant operations and franchisee profitability through hands-on coaching, diagnostics, training, and implementation support. Partners with franchisees and Franchise Operations Partner to develop and drive actionable improvement plans, uphold brand standards, and support initiative rollouts across a defined market.
