The Technical Support Engineer will provide exceptional customer support for YugabyteDB, diagnose issues, document findings, and collaborate with engineering. The role requires bilingual skills, technical background, familiarity with Linux, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, especially during weekends.

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Yugabyte, you'll partner with account executives to drive technical sales efforts, conduct product demos, lead POC engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor on distributed databases and cloud-native architectures.

Lead design, build, and operate the YugabyteDB DBaaS infrastructure. Drive architecture, automate lifecycle and maintenance, manage incidents and on-call rotations, implement security/encryption processes, and optimize reliability using SRE principles and observability.

Lead architecture and execution for YugabyteDB's DBaaS (Aeon), design and implement cloud-native distributed systems, mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality products.

Develop and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant components for YB Anywhere to automate deployment and management of YugabyteDB across cloud and on-prem environments. Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and improve operational workflows and performance.

Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers. Focus on customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain healthy account pipelines.
