Teams at YMCA of the Rockies

Lead and operate Camp Chief Ouray leadership and trip programs for ages 13–17: plan and run trips, recruit and train seasonal staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, cultivate inclusion and partnerships, support marketing, ACA site visits, and philanthropic/grant efforts.

Facilitate indoor/outdoor climbing walls, high and low ropes, and aerial challenge courses; assist program development, enroll guests, follow YMCA policies, and ensure participant safety while working at height.

The Event Staff member coordinates and executes event setups, maintains cleanliness of spaces, operates audio-visual equipment, assists with food service, and performs snow removal. They uphold guest service and organizational values while working in a physically demanding environment.
