Teams at YMCA of the Rockies

Participate in a spring 2027 gap program combining paid seasonal hospitality work with personal development, workshops, service projects, outdoor recreation, and leadership activities. Participants work at least 32 hours weekly in housekeeping or food service, live in on-site dormitories, and take part in group adventures and a multi-day trip. The program seeks dependable, flexible, team-oriented individuals aged 18–23 who enjoy community living, meeting people, and outdoor activities.

Develops and executes annual giving strategies to grow unrestricted and program fundraising, focusing on donor solicitation, retention, stewardship, and leadership-level gifts. Builds and manages a donor portfolio, conducts donor visits and outreach, tracks fundraising activity in Raiser’s Edge, recruits campaign volunteers, supports events, and collaborates on major and planned giving. Presents to the board and oversees memorial giving programs, including columbarium, memorial wall, and memorial bench opportunities.

The Event Staff member coordinates and executes event setups, maintains cleanliness of spaces, operates audio-visual equipment, assists with food service, and performs snow removal. They uphold guest service and organizational values while working in a physically demanding environment.
