Lead association-wide aquatics operations and program development, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment/training, budget oversight, preventative maintenance, and community partnerships to deliver high-quality member experiences.

Lead and standardize aquatics operations across multiple branches: recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, grow programs, support marketing and fundraising, and travel regularly within the region.

Provide regional leadership and operational oversight for YMCA youth and adult sports programs: hire and develop staff and volunteers, manage budgets and program growth, ensure safety and policy compliance, plan leagues/events, build community partnerships, support fundraising, and travel between branches to standardize program delivery and drive participation.
