Lead association-wide aquatics operations and program development, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment/training, budget oversight, preventative maintenance, and community partnerships to deliver high-quality member experiences.

Lead and standardize aquatics operations across multiple branches: recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, grow programs, support marketing and fundraising, and travel regularly within the region.

Lead branch membership sales, retention, and member experience by coaching staff, working member-facing shifts, driving tours and conversions, managing budgets and reporting (via Daxko), and building community partnerships to meet revenue and growth goals.

Engage members on the wellness floor to identify goals and connect them to personal training, physical therapy, workshops and other YMCA services. Promote enrollments, track leads/referrals, follow up for retention, support events and collaborate with cross-department teams to improve member integration and outcomes.

Lead fitness, health and wellness at an assigned YMCA: design member journeys, grow personal and group training programs, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure safety/compliance, and build community partnerships to improve retention and outcomes.

Plan and implement weekly curriculum and activities, supervise and engage children in group and swim activities, ensure safety and emergency response, maintain equipment, complete attendance and incident records, prepare snacks, and communicate with parents and staff.

Provide officiating and gym supervision for youth sports leagues: enforce rules, ensure safety, set up/tear down equipment, complete score sheets, communicate with parents/coaches, and handle conflicts professionally.

Plan and implement weekly curriculum, supervise and engage children in group activities, ensure safety and emergency response, supervise locker rooms and swim, prepare snacks, complete attendance and incident reports, communicate with parents and staff, and participate in trainings as needed.

Supervise and officiate youth league games, enforce sport and YMCA rules, maintain facility safety and cleanliness, handle disputes, complete score sheets, set up equipment, and communicate with coaches, parents, and the Sports Director.

Lead and supervise children in youth programs by planning and implementing weekly curriculum, facilitating activities, ensuring safety, responding to incidents, communicating with families, and assisting with snacks and swim supervision.

Lead and supervise children in recreational Learn & Play programs, plan and implement weekly curriculum, ensure safety and emergency response, document attendance and incidents, prepare snacks, and communicate with staff and parents to provide a positive, nurturing program experience.
