Welcomes YMCA members, guests, and visitors; provides membership and program information; conducts tours, enrollments, registrations, and administrative data entry; handles inquiries and concerns; supports membership growth and marketing; maintains a safe, clean environment; and builds positive relationships while demonstrating YMCA values.

Leads YMCA sports programs by overseeing planning, quality, safety, enrollment, budgets, and participant experience. Recruits, trains, and develops staff and volunteer coaches; builds relationships with families, schools, and community partners; expands access and participation; monitors program and financial performance; and ensures compliance with child-safety, risk-management, and organizational standards. The role requires flexible afternoon, evening, weekend, and occasional holiday work in gym, field, office, and community settings.

Supervise and coordinate teen programming, primarily Youth in Government activities. Lead meetings, events, and experiential learning while mentoring participants in leadership, public speaking, civic engagement, and teamwork. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment; support participant engagement and behavior; manage records and safety procedures; collaborate with families, schools, staff, volunteers, and community partners; and assist with staff and volunteer guidance, onboarding, and training.
