Lead backend-focused full-stack development for an energy market platform: design scalable services and APIs, implement C#/.NET systems, optimize SQL Server databases, mentor engineers, contribute to JavaScript front-end work, and drive testing, operational excellence, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Deliver customer implementations of Yes Energy's PowerCore: gather requirements, configure environments, validate and analyze data, write SQL, support integrations and testing, train users, manage projects and stakeholder communication, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives.
