Candidates will sell to energy-market organizations, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, collaborate with technical sales and marketing teams, and travel up to 25% within the territory.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs for an energy market platform using C#/.NET and SQL Server. Implement integrations, optimize databases, write tests, debug production issues, and contribute limited front-end JavaScript work. Collaborate with Product, QA, and engineering teams and use AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency.

Drive top-of-funnel business for electric power analytics by researching accounts, prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery, scheduling meetings for AEs, maintaining Salesforce, generating sales-qualified leads, reporting results, and building industry expertise in power markets.

Work at the intersection of software engineering and operations to investigate production issues, improve reliability, build automation, enhance observability, and support customers. Develop and maintain C# and SQL Server solutions, reduce manual effort, convert production learnings into lasting improvements, and provide occasional after-hours support.

Serve as the subject matter expert for SPP and Markets+ settlements, interpreting market rules and charge codes, monitoring BPM and API changes, and advising Product Management and Engineering on product updates. Provide internal consulting and Tier 2 customer support for settlement issues, troubleshoot complex customer questions, and participate in market user groups and simulations. The role requires at least five years of SPP settlement validation and dispute experience, SQL data analysis, and up to 10% travel.

Deliver customer implementations of Yes Energy's PowerCore: gather requirements, configure environments, validate and analyze data, write SQL, support integrations and testing, train users, manage projects and stakeholder communication, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives.
