YES Communities, founded in 2008, owns and operates manufactured housing communities in many states. YES takes a new approach to manufactured home communities and works to build and maintain an environment in each community that reflects their positive YES attitude. Too many times in the past manufactured home communities had the reputation of saying NO! to home loans, leasing agreements and requests due to their stringent guidelines and rules.
