Manages partnership operations, including monthly billing reconciliations, benefit administration, utilization reporting, member support, and partner communications. Maintains operational documentation and member-facing resources, troubleshoots complex billing and benefit issues, and coordinates cross-functional partner launches and system enhancements. Collaborates with Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Member Success teams while supporting strategic initiatives and conference activities.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for member onboarding, benefit adoption, retention, reactivation, and expansion. Build automated and segmented campaigns across email, the member portal, and other channels; manage communications calendars and event campaigns; write brand-aligned copy; and use member data, testing, and analytics to optimize engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value. Serve as the organization’s lifecycle marketing subject-matter expert while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
