Teams at Xometry

Lead complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include managing project plans, budgets, risks, timelines, KPIs, stakeholder alignment, process improvements, and data-driven automation initiatives. The role collaborates with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to improve scalability and operational efficiency, while championing lean principles and best practices.

Manage manufacturing partner success throughout the production lifecycle by coordinating queues, monitoring risks, resolving blockers, escalating issues, and maintaining proactive communication. Conduct portfolio reviews, oversee RMA projects and financial reclamations, support quality and safety compliance, and collaborate with Operations and PD&T teams. The role requires supply chain or customer service experience, manufacturing process knowledge, ERP and communication software proficiency, and strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-management skills.

Manage relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners participating in Xometry’s Partner RFQ program. Conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor bid, win, quality, and delivery KPIs, gather partner feedback, and drive platform and process improvements with product and operations teams. Support partner capability development, address performance issues, and help high-performing partners increase engagement and order volume. The role requires deep machine shop knowledge, strong analytics and communication skills, and 15–20% travel for on-site partner collaboration.
