Teams at Xometry

Own Xometry’s global Design for Manufacturability product strategy, roadmap, and AI-enabled workbench. Lead workflows for manufacturability review, order routing, structured records, policy-driven approvals, and human-in-the-loop model improvement. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Quality, and DFM teams to launch production models, define metrics, and improve cycle time, quality, rework, and customer outcomes. Present strategy and trade-offs to executive leadership.

Serve as a technical advisor for injection molding solutions, partnering with Sales to discover customer needs, demonstrate Xometry’s quoting platform, develop business cases, manage complex opportunities, and translate between manufacturing teams and customers. Provide expertise in tooling, mold design, process capability, plastics engineering, and related manufacturing processes while supporting presentations, events, case studies, and marketing initiatives.

Evaluate customer designs for manufacturability, develop sourcing strategies, and support production troubleshooting across manufacturing partners. The role interfaces with customers, machine shops, fabrication shops, suppliers, OEM equipment providers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include resolving execution issues, identifying DFM concerns from CAD models and drawings, selecting appropriate equipment and processes, and contributing to special projects that expand manufacturing capabilities. Expertise in injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, GD&T, inspection, QA, and 3D CAD is required.
