Responsibilities include resolving execution issues, identifying DFM concerns from CAD models and drawings, selecting appropriate equipment and processes, and contributing to special projects that expand manufacturing capabilities. Expertise in injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, GD&T, inspection, QA, and 3D CAD is required.

Reviews customer RFQs, 3D CAD models, and 2D drawings for injection-molding manufacturability; provides design-for-manufacturing feedback, prepares quotes, performs basic file repairs, maintains quote databases, supports customers through Zendesk and email, and collaborates with applications engineering and sales on custom manufacturing requests.

Manage mid-market client relationships and develop full-funnel growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, attribution, nurturing, and revenue growth. Lead multichannel campaign execution, client meetings, KPI reporting, lead scoring, data analysis, and optimization recommendations. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes and revenue. The role requires digital marketing expertise, client-facing or agency experience, strong communication skills, and occasional client travel.

Leads architecture and development of a high-performance integration between Xometry’s AI marketplace and enterprise CAD/PLM platforms. Builds scalable microservices and real-time 3D geometry data pipelines using Python, React, TypeScript, and AWS. Owns reliability, security, monitoring, and multi-quarter technical roadmaps while serving as the primary partner engineering contact. Mentors engineers, establishes AI development practices, and enables embedded manufacturability, pricing, and click-to-buy workflows.

Own pricing, yield, monetization, retention, and churn analytics for a B2B marketplace. Build supplier yield scores, pricing models, dashboards, predictive churn models, cohort analyses, and A/B tests. Partner with product, operations, engineering, sales, finance, and customer success leaders to translate marketplace data into revenue and retention improvements. Develop production machine-learning models and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead the architecture and implementation of Xometry’s core platform integration within a partner’s enterprise PLM ecosystem. Design scalable, secure, high-performance services; integrate ML pipelines and real-time geometry analysis; establish engineering standards, reliability practices, and data governance; and guide multi-team execution. The role requires strategic technical leadership, senior stakeholder communication, roadmap ownership, and mentoring across engineering, marketplace, and data science teams.

Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable machine learning systems, including real-time model serving, MLOps, monitoring, governance, and automated deployment. Own the AI/ML integration connecting Xometry with partner design and manufacturing platforms. Develop cloud-based production systems, optimize model latency and throughput, establish technical standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and business teams.

Lead product analytics for Xometry’s marketplace and partner-integrated CAD/PLM experiences. Design and analyze A/B tests, causal studies, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and cross-surface measurement strategies. Evaluate user behavior, product performance, and digital-thread outcomes across partner and marketplace funnels. Translate statistical findings into product recommendations, collaborate with product and engineering teams, ensure data integrity, and communicate insights to leadership and external partners.

Own financial systems product strategy across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows. Translate accounting, finance, tax, and operational requirements into product features and engineering-ready PRDs. Prioritize enhancements, coordinate cross-functional launches, design internal controls, and improve automation for cash application, invoicing, disputes, and payouts. Own the data plane connecting Xometry with Teamcenter and Designcenter, establish engineering standards, develop technical roadmaps, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong SQL, Python, cloud data warehouse, AWS, modern data tooling, CI/CD, testing, and enterprise integration expertise.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Xometry’s Sourcing and Job Board products. Lead marketplace matching, recommendation, ranking, scheduling, and job acceptance experiences to improve sourcing margin, partner engagement, match quality, liquidity, and time-to-take. Partner with Machine Learning and Pricing teams, establish marketplace KPIs, analyze behavioral and financial data, drive experimentation, mentor product managers, and communicate product direction to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Build and maintain reliable infrastructure and software platforms across engineering teams. Responsibilities include managing AWS accounts and networking, Kubernetes clusters, observability and monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems. The role involves writing and improving code, supporting production workloads, collaborating across teams, estimating work, participating in on-call rotations, and continuously improving system reliability, performance, and deployment processes.

Technical leader responsible for major cross-functional ML and AI initiatives, including long-term technical roadmaps, scalable production systems, generative AI, computer vision, and 2D/3D modeling. Leads end-to-end technical programs for pricing, manufacturability, CAD and drawing intelligence, and production ML capabilities. Establishes TPM operating rhythms, coordinates engineering, product, data science, operations, sales, and finance, manages risks and dependencies, supports staged rollouts and monitoring, and communicates progress and trade-offs to executives. Manage manufacturing partner success throughout the production lifecycle by coordinating queues, monitoring risks, resolving blockers, escalating issues, and maintaining proactive communication. The role requires deep machine shop knowledge, strong analytics and communication skills, and 15–20% travel for on-site partner collaboration.

Own the Sales analytics function by partnering with senior leadership, developing dashboards, quota and forecasting models, setting reporting standards, improving data quality, and delivering strategic insights.
