Drive execution of the Inertial Fusion Energy Program’s Implosion System by managing integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, documentation, design reviews, experimental campaigns, partner commitments, budgets, and contracts. Coordinate target design, physics, fabrication, metrology, procurement, and external teams while tracking progress and escalating issues. Support project planning, cost accounting, statements of work, and execution across complex scientific and engineering R&D activities.

Supports planning and controls for Xcimer Energy’s Directed Energy program by maintaining schedules, baselines, work breakdown structures, budgets, milestones, KPIs, and project documentation. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, procurement, vendors, and external partners; tracks cost and schedule performance; analyzes release metrics; supports program reviews; and escalates risks to program management. The role also facilitates cross-functional communication and helps ensure complex engineering projects meet milestones and reporting requirements.

Supports planning and controls for complex inertial fusion engineering projects by maintaining schedules, plans, documentation, milestones, costs, forecasts, and performance metrics. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and program teams; analyzes schedule and cost variances, tracks risks, supports forecasting, and escalates issues to program management. The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, strong project controls experience, technical fluency, and cross-functional communication skills.
