Leads strategic financial planning and capital budgeting for a healthcare organization. Oversees capital project accounting, budget-to-actual tracking, asset capitalization, depreciation, leases, tax compliance, debt financing, bond proceeds, and construction project funding. Advises executives and project leaders, coordinates annual capital budgets, monitors regulatory compliance, and supports financing arrangements and capital investment decisions.

Provides administrative and office support for departments and leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating correspondence, reconciling budgets, processing invoices and purchase orders, maintaining policies and office supplies, scheduling meetings and travel, supporting payroll and leave reporting, managing calendars, and assisting employees with forms and updates. Requires strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, communication skills, typing proficiency, and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Supervises nurses, surgical technicians, and allied health professionals in a strategic staffing program. Manages assignments, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, reimbursements, onboarding, employee relations, compliance paperwork, performance reviews, reporting, recognition, and workforce development. Partners with recruiters, HR, clinical educators, and hospital departments while resolving employee needs, staffing issues, and operational concerns.
