Perform full diagnostic ultrasound imaging and patient care supporting the Radiology Department, while maintaining professional standards and quality images.

Coordinate departmental budget formulation, variance analysis, and management reporting. Administer budget/reporting systems, design and maintain database structures, produce financial and statistical reports, support annual budgeting and decision-making, train staff, and collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Patient Financial Services.

Manage patient account balances through accurate claim submission, payer follow-up, denial management, and account reconciliation. Use payer portals and phone/email to resolve unpaid or rejected claims, maintain productivity metrics, comply with HIPAA, and support revenue cycle reporting and improvement initiatives.
