Design, develop, and deliver mechanical and hydraulic components for turbomachinery control systems. Create 2D/3D CAD models and detailed drawings, specify components and BOMs, perform hands-on assembly, fabrication, and shop testing, support field installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training. Manage projects independently and coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers across domestic and occasional international travel.

Design, implement, and manage Rockwell-based control systems for large capital automation projects (primarily oil and gas). Develop system architecture, electrical designs, industrial networking, integration with third-party equipment, perform FAT/SAT, oversee commissioning, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide on-site support (up to 50% travel).

Lead design, development, programming, and implementation of turbomachinery control systems. Manage projects, create electrical/control schematics, program PLC/HMI/SCADA, develop panels and BOMs, perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and client training while ensuring regulatory compliance and mentoring junior staff.
