Responsible for building and managing partner relationships, driving sales alignment, achieving targets, and enhancing partner programs across the Americas region.

Lead day-to-day HR for ~90–100 global employees: manage onboarding/offboarding, compliance, benefits, HRIS (Rippling), performance systems, engagement, reporting, and partner with leadership on employee relations.

The Enterprise Sales Executive will manage the sales cycle for Wowza's video streaming solutions in Federal and SLED markets, focusing on building relationships, navigating procurement processes, and achieving sales targets.
