The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides technical troubleshooting and client support for desktops and laptops, ensuring customer satisfaction and inventory control.

Provide on-site repair and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, support desk-side applications and infrastructure, meet SLAs and customer satisfaction targets, manage parts and inventory, complete administrative and real-time reporting, follow safety and OEM certification requirements, and perform occasional long-distance and overnight travel to client sites.

Provide on-site desktop and laptop repair and support, respond to service calls within SLAs, complete call documentation and real-time reporting, manage parts and inventory, follow safety and client policies, and perform occasional long-distance or overnight assignments.
