Serve as primary liaison to university partners to align faculty-led experiential programs with course objectives and learning outcomes. Design academically rigorous programs, lead client and faculty briefings, manage program quality and logistics, maintain CRM records, collaborate cross-functionally with sales and partnerships, and support program execution and client relationships for domestic and international travel.

Administer and configure the HEI Apply SaaS platform: build workflows, forms, notifications, permissions, and reports; support integrations, testing, onboarding, user training, and continuous improvement for higher-education admissions and student lifecycle processes.

Sell WorldStrides performing arts school trips by generating new accounts and growing existing ones through phone and occasional in-person meetings. Manage pipeline, prepare proposals, host group meetings, collaborate with internal teams, support event coordination, and meet sales and retention targets while maintaining product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
