The Director of Revenue Cycle Management leads end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, denials, appeals, collections, payer contracting, and credentialing. The role manages billing leaders, establishes KPIs and SOPs, oversees workforce planning, delivers executive reporting, and drives process improvements. This position partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership on claims automation, payer launches, and strategic projects while ensuring compliant telemedicine billing and coding.
