Conduct pricing analysis, develop models and dashboards, monitor pricing metrics, and recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability. Analyze costs, margins, variances, customer profitability, and product performance. Support quotes, bids, launches, price increases, approvals, and governance while partnering with sales, finance, marketing, product, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Leads accounting activities and the Record-to-Report workstream for a global SAP S/4 implementation. Oversees costing, inventory controls, intercompany accounting, payroll and benefits, lease accounting, capital assets, reporting, taxes, compliance, GAAP, and SOX. Manages accounting staff, financial reporting, compliance, strategic planning, stakeholder relationships, system testing, training, hypercare, and deployment activities. Requires approximately 50% domestic and international travel, potentially more during site deployments.

Design and implement aerospace electronic system architectures, develop and manage requirements, solve complex technical challenges, and lead cross-functional engineering teams. Advise leadership on technology strategy, support safety analyses, troubleshoot critical systems, and mentor junior engineers. Ensure solutions meet technical standards, business objectives, and requirements across firmware, software, and electronic hardware.
