Leads or mentors support team members, resolves customer issues, monitors service quality, generates performance reports, and ensures adherence to standardized procedures and company policies. Supports SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes across sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, finance integration, testing, defect resolution, master data, cutover, and hypercare. Analyzes requirements, designs and configures solutions, coordinates testing, manages documentation, supports integrations and enhancements, trains stakeholders, and assists global implementation and change-management activities.

Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for Woodward’s Industrial segment. Manage content across newsletters, intranet, websites, and email; build stakeholder relationships; advise teams on communication practices; and measure campaign effectiveness. The role supports change management, business initiatives, employee engagement, and brand alignment, while coordinating multiple projects and collaborating with communications, brand, and segment leadership teams.
