Develops and leads hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood risk analyses, drainage master plans, pump station studies, FEMA flood studies, and climate resilience projects. Responsibilities include model calibration, GIS database management, infrastructure deficiency analysis, capital improvement recommendations, technical reporting, field investigations, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents. The role also supports project delivery and mentors junior staff.

Design roadway improvements and transportation structures; prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical studies, project reports, concepts, and layouts. The engineer will work collaboratively across disciplines, independently manage project tasks, and mentor entry-level staff while applying roadway design standards and software.

Designs and analyzes transportation systems, including roads, highways, and multimodal facilities. Supports project delivery through feasibility studies, cost estimates, transportation plans, technical reports, permitting, and PS&E packages. Coordinates with clients, agencies, and internal teams; manages schedules, budgets, and assignments; mentors junior staff; and provides design support during bidding and construction. Requires engineering licensure, transportation design experience, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Civil 3D or MicroStation.
