Five-month, hands-on leadership development program preparing trainees for front-line Operations Manager roles. Train and coach frontline employees, improve operational efficiency, support DOT/OSHA safety programs, oversee daily route and fleet operations, and drive customer satisfaction and performance outcomes. Placement may require relocation within a multi-state market area.

Supervise daily transfer station operations, staff, and safety compliance. Oversee procedures to improve productivity and profitability, conduct safety meetings, manage payroll and billing reconciliation, order supplies, produce reports, and handle training, performance evaluations, and personnel decisions.

Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to collections managers: troubleshoot safety/service/operational issues, maintain and distribute departmental information, manage scheduling/timekeeping via Kronos, use Microsoft Office and other software for procurement, payroll/time & attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, customer communications, and assist with operational projects and financial processing.
