18-month developmental training program to prepare trainees for landfill operations management. Responsibilities include hands-on learning in safety, environmental compliance and permitting, heavy equipment operation and maintenance, personnel management, finance/scale house operations, landfill design/construction, gas and leachate management, community relations, and participation in operational reviews and special projects.

Unload and sort incoming regulated waste, stage and scan waste into the Biotrack system, operate tub wash and decontamination equipment, load autoclave/incinerator, maintain housekeeping and safety, and prepare vehicles and reusable tubs for reuse.

Unload incoming waste, separate and stage materials, scan into Biotrack, load autoclave/incinerator, operate and inspect tub wash units, decontaminate vehicles and reusable tubs, maintain housekeeping and safety, and perform other assigned plant tasks.
