Wittit is a college campus exclusive marketplace application that connects students to all available rental properties near campus, to other students looking for roommates, and to all of the school's fraternities and sororities.
Our business model allows us to show and connect students to EVERY property available to them where competitors only show a select few. This gives us a strong strong competitive advantage. We pair this with giving students the abilities to find and chat with potential roommates within the application giving them a safe and secure way to find a roommate who goes to their school.
We also empower students by allowing them to rate and review their rental properties, helping to ensure their peers are not taken advantage of by predatory landlords.
