Partners with finance, treasury, risk, and business leaders on reporting, forecasting, liquidity, and merger-related accounting. Modernizes systems and workflows, supports regulatory compliance, and develops a high-performing accounting team.

Leads enterprise technical learning strategy, training program development, instructional delivery, and team leadership across systems, operations, lending, compliance, and member-facing functions. Partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to support system implementations, process changes, regulatory updates, and organizational transformation. Establishes training governance, modalities, standards, and effectiveness metrics while developing scalable, learner-centered programs and high-performing training teams.

The Senior Technology Risk Analyst assesses technology risks and controls, maintains risk documentation in GRC platforms, facilitates process walkthroughs, supports remediation and issue management, and advises technology and business stakeholders. The role helps mature the technology risk program, monitors controls, supports business continuity planning, manages risk initiatives, and applies cybersecurity, regulatory, and financial services best practices. It also involves mentoring team members and improving risk processes, reporting, and workflows.
