Teams at Winchester Interconnect

Manages strategic projects, new product development, customer relationships, production coordination, project reviews, schedules, and delivery from kickoff through completion. Serves as the liaison between customers and production teams, resolves bottlenecks, maintains ERP and CRM data, supports operational alignment, and generates performance reports. The role requires experience in high-reliability electronic or interconnect manufacturing, supply chain, compliance, and project execution.
