Field sales role selling decorative surfacing, cabinet hardware, and building products to fabricators, cabinet/millwork shops, builders, and specifiers. Manage territory, develop new accounts, maintain CRM (Salesforce), forecast and meet sales targets, attend industry events, and coordinate with logistics and corporate teams. Regular face-to-face customer meetings and some overnight travel required.

Drive commercial growth by securing and converting product specifications with architects, designers, and specification writers. Build strategic relationships, provide product and application guidance, track opportunities in CRM, collaborate with sales/distribution/fabricators, execute merchandising and presentations, represent the company at industry events, and report feedback to internal teams to increase specification adoption and project conversion.
