Lead enterprise revenue cycle transformation programs across front-, mid-, and back-end functions. Serve as executive-facing program owner for Epic-driven initiatives, apply PMP-level governance, manage multi-workstream teams, mitigate risks, and drive KPI improvements (DNFB, denial rates, AR days). Drive process improvement, Lean/Agile initiatives, and mentor teams to improve financial performance and operational workflows across hospitals and ambulatory settings.

The Radiant/Cupid & Lumens Build Analyst will design, configure, and optimize Epic applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and support healthcare operations.

This role involves leading CDM strategy and compliance, collaborating with various teams to enhance revenue integrity processes, and driving operational improvements.
