Marketing Intern participating in a 12-week program supporting marketing strategy, content development, campaign execution, event planning, market research, customer engagement, and performance analysis. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create promotional materials, develop marketing communications, and present project outcomes to leadership. The role provides mentorship and exposure to brand management and integrated marketing within the agricultural industry.

Supports branded product strategy, portfolio management, market and competitive analysis, commercialization, product launches, positioning, messaging, and customer insights in the agricultural industry. Collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and product development teams, prepares support materials, analyzes product performance, and presents internship learnings to leadership.

Supports People & Culture initiatives across employee engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, HR operations, and employee programs. Responsibilities include coordinating events and recruiting activities, researching HR practices, analyzing workforce data, supporting training initiatives, creating employee communications, and assisting with special projects. The intern will collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders and present a final PowerPoint project presentation.
