Supports branded product strategy, portfolio management, market and competitive analysis, commercialization, product launches, positioning, messaging, and customer insights in the agricultural industry. Collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and product development teams, prepares support materials, analyzes product performance, and presents internship learnings to leadership.

Supports People & Culture initiatives across employee engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, HR operations, and employee programs. Responsibilities include coordinating events and recruiting activities, researching HR practices, analyzing workforce data, supporting training initiatives, creating employee communications, and assisting with special projects. The intern will collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders and present a final PowerPoint project presentation.

Supports government affairs through public policy research, legislative and regulatory monitoring, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, briefing materials, and special projects related to agriculture. Collaborates with business leaders, industry associations, and external stakeholders, then presents internship findings to leadership. Develops research, policy analysis, communication, and presentation skills during a 12-week program.

The Finance Intern will support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management. Responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational data, identifying trends, preparing visualizations and presentations, conducting research, and collaborating on strategic initiatives and process improvements. The intern will gain exposure to corporate finance and present project outcomes to leadership at the end of the program.
