As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll enhance mobile Wikipedia experiences, lead project implementations, and mentor team members while collaborating across departments to prioritize and deliver high-quality features.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor delivering employee relations, talent management, organization design, performance management, and change leadership for global teams. Coach managers, mediate complex cases, conduct talent reviews and succession planning, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design and implement people solutions that improve engagement, retention, and productivity.

Create scroll-stopping social media content by researching topics, developing ideas, writing on-brand copy, and designing graphics and motion assets. Maintain content pipelines, design systems, and collaborate with social and brand teams to ensure platform-native, engaging visuals that align with Wikimedia's mission.
