Assist dealership customers with vehicle selection, explain product features and options, conduct test drives, meet vehicle sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, motivation, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Lead the dealership’s Business Development Center by managing customer leads, outbound campaigns, follow-up processes, appointment-setting strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics. Train and support business development representatives, coordinate with department leaders, respond to customer inquiries, and drive achievement of sales and service goals through strong communication, organization, and team leadership.
