Serve as the onsite Community Lead delivering exceptional member experience through member engagement, onboarding and move-in/out coordination, events programming, building operations, safety/security oversight, and sales support. Act as primary member contact, resolve issues via Medallia feedback, host events, manage front desk coverage, liaise with vendors, and support Growth and Sales teams to drive retention and community growth.
