Coordinates remote sensing projects from RFP review through acquisition and delivery support. Responsibilities include subcontractor scheduling, flight releases, work order management, invoice approval, proposal and pricing setup, FAA airspace review, technical approach evaluation, documentation, reporting, and communication among project leads, subcontractors, and production teams.

Perform electrical system modeling and studies for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Analyze short circuit, load flow, reactive power, harmonics, grounding, arc flash, insulation coordination, losses, lightning, and transient conditions. Works under Senior Engineer guidance while learning AutoCAD, PVsyst, SKM/ETAP, and applicable IEEE, NESC, and NEC standards. Coordinates with project teams and may attend occasional site visits in outdoor conditions.

Supports civil site design for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Assists with site layouts, grading, drainage, erosion control, access road plans, earthwork and stormwater calculations, construction documents, quantity takeoffs, and project coordination under senior engineer guidance. May travel to project sites to collect field data and interact with clients and contractors.

Supports civil site design for residential and commercial land development projects. Assists with grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, stormwater calculations, construction plan preparation, permitting, and coordination with surveyors, planners, and landscape architects. Uses AutoCAD Civil 3D under senior engineer guidance and may attend project sites to observe conditions and support construction administration.

Supports licensed civil engineers with site design, grading plans, utility layouts, plan and profiles, construction details, entitlement documents, exhibits, design analysis, quantity calculations, and technical correspondence. Coordinates with agencies, clients, and internal teams while developing proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and pursuing an Engineer-in-Training certification and Professional Engineering license.

Supports licensed civil engineers with site design, grading plans, utility plans, construction details, agency coordination, entitlement documents, quantity calculations, and technical correspondence. The role emphasizes developing proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, applying local agency codes, solving design issues collaboratively, and progressing toward professional engineering licensure.

Provide administrative and project-support tasks for renewables projects: maintain Deltek Vantagepoint data integrity, coordinate proposals/contracts, track project performance, organize meetings, support invoicing/AR backup, assist with licensure/compliance, and perform document control and clerical duties.

Manages complex renewable energy and energy storage design projects from planning through delivery. Oversees technical work, budgets, schedules, project accounting, QA/QC, construction support, contracts, client and agency relationships, proposals, business development, and staff leadership. Ensures projects are delivered profitably, on time, and within budget while mentoring engineers and coordinating multiple concurrent projects.

Supports senior project managers and independently manages small or single-service renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include stakeholder and team coordination, project planning, budget and schedule oversight, deliverable quality, change management, invoicing and collections, proposals, contracting, meetings, and client communications.

Leads protection and control engineering and design for high-voltage and EHV substations supporting renewable energy projects. Develops electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, and AC/DC load calculations; reviews vendor submittals and other engineers’ deliverables; coordinates with multidisciplinary teams; and supports procurement, construction, and project meetings. Travel to project sites or client offices may be required up to 10%.

Lead and manage physical substation engineering and design (35kV–500kV) for transmission-interconnected renewable projects. Oversee layouts, grounding, lightning protection, insulation coordination, equipment specifications, calculations, construction documentation, QA, regulatory compliance, and cross-discipline coordination while mentoring a small engineering team and supporting procurement, vendor review, and construction.

Perform economic research and modeling, synthesize financial and labor-market data, and produce forecasts and visual reports. Build and optimize Power BI semantic models, run SQL analyses, create DAX/MDX measures, and automate workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps. Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT to support budgeting, compensation planning, market expansion, and decision-making.

Develop detailed electrical system models and perform studies (short circuit, load flow, harmonics, grounding, arc flash, transient, insulation coordination). Produce study reports, coordinate with project leads, clients, and other engineers, and support renewable energy project design.

Support geophysical, remote sensing, and geotechnical work for renewable energy and power projects: plan and acquire field data (GPR, resistivity, magnetometer), process and interpret geophysical and LiDAR/imagery data, manage geotechnical site investigations, and prepare reports and proposals while coordinating with teams and clients.

Lead and manage a systems studies team performing steady-state and transient power system simulations for utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects. Provide technical oversight, QA/QC, model development and validation (EMT/dynamic), coordinate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and support proposals and client-facing technical scoping.

Manage multiple EV infrastructure and land development projects end-to-end: lead teams, coordinate disciplines, oversee electrical engineering and utility interconnection, control schedule/budget, handle invoicing and construction administration, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality and contractual compliance.

Lead multiple wind-energy projects from planning through delivery. Manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate project teams, control scope/schedule/budget, ensure quality and contractual compliance, track project health, handle change orders, and support invoicing and receivables. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with service leads.
