Corporate Counsel will advise U.S. and Canadian operations, negotiating and managing commercial contracts, supporting transactions, conducting legal research, and providing practical guidance on compliance, governance, and risk mitigation. The role partners with operational teams, leadership, business development, and external counsel while improving contracting processes and templates. Candidates need a law degree, at least five years of relevant transactional and commercial legal experience, and Colorado bar licensure or the ability to obtain it.
