Teams at Westmont Hospitality Group

Leads hotel group sales by prospecting, soliciting, negotiating, and closing meetings and event business. Builds client relationships, manages contracts, forecasts room and event revenue, maximizes banquet space, and achieves financial goals. Coordinates with hotel departments to ensure exceptional event delivery, resolves client concerns, conducts site inspections, and supports customer retention. Mentors colleagues, manages sales resources, and represents hospitality standards while developing new business and expanding key accounts.

Maintains and repairs hotel buildings, guest rooms, meeting spaces, and operational areas. Responsibilities include painting, drywall and plaster repair, wall covering installation, caulking, grouting, masonry, tile work, wood finishing, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, HVAC, kitchen, laundry, and life-safety systems. The role requires blueprint and schematic interpretation, strong communication and leadership skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
