Develops and manages relationships with independent and franchise auto dealers to increase funded automobile finance deals. Responsibilities include presenting products, prospecting, following up on leads, onboarding and training dealer partners, communicating program updates, and growing accounts. The role is remote but requires extensive travel to dealerships, strong sales and communication skills, automotive and finance knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Manages repossessed vehicle inventory, auction vendor performance, vehicle assessment, reconditioning, valuation, sale preparation, and sale decisions. Conducts auction site reviews, monitors transportation and inventory status, reviews scorecards, addresses performance deficiencies, negotiates arbitration claims, identifies market arbitrage opportunities, audits auction expenses, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.

Manages and grows relationships with independent and franchise auto dealers.
