Lead strategic procurement across direct, indirect, and capex categories for multi-site veterinary hospitals and corporate functions. Build procurement frameworks, run end-to-end sourcing (RFP/RFQ), negotiate MSAs/SOWs, manage supplier relationships, set cost-reduction goals and reporting, deploy vendor-funded initiatives, and lead a team of 3–4 procurement professionals.

Support operational excellence across 8-10 hospitals by coaching practice managers and staff, overseeing budgets, staffing, revenue growth, and integrations. Drive growth initiatives (marketing, scheduling, recruitment), implement operational processes, mentor leadership, and spend substantial time in-field to ensure performance and cultural alignment with company objectives.

Lead operations for a portfolio of 14 veterinary hospitals across Michigan and Indiana, driving operational excellence, P&L performance, recruiting and retention, training and culture development. Partner with regional and corporate teams to integrate acquisitions, optimize scheduling and services, develop capital budgets, and implement scalable processes. Spend ~70% of time in the field supporting hospital leadership, coaching teams, and executing strategic initiatives to grow revenue and improve operational metrics.
