Lead linguistic quality for an account: edit and proofread localized content, perform translations and reviews, define quality expectations, run LQAs and RCAs, liaise with Apple SMEs, manage linguistic assets, coach and onboard linguists, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions and arbitration.

Performs standardized content curation and metadata validation for written and audio content. Reviews accuracy and completeness, applies guideline-based corrections, documents defects in internal tools, escalates unclear or high-impact issues, and manages assigned queues to meet productivity and SLA targets. The role requires careful adherence to procedures, confidentiality and security practices, attention to detail, participation in calibration and training, and comfort reviewing potentially sensitive content.

Perform high-volume digital content curation and metadata validation for written and audio content. Follow SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines; correct straightforward issues, document defects in internal tools, escalate complex problems, manage assigned queues to SLA targets, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality while incorporating feedback through training and calibration.
