Enters, updates, verifies, organizes, and maintains business records across databases, spreadsheets, and physical files. Reviews source documents, corrects errors, performs quality checks, scans and archives records, prepares reports, retrieves information, and handles confidential data. The role also supports general administrative tasks, communicates discrepancies to other departments, and completes repetitive data-entry work accurately and on schedule.

Creates visual concepts and branded materials for digital and print channels, including advertising, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and promotional assets. Maintains brand consistency, edits visual assets, prepares artwork for publication and printing, adapts designs across platforms, manages multiple deadlines, and incorporates stakeholder feedback. Collaborates with marketing, sales, communications, product, vendors, and other creative professionals.

Provides administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll, attendance, compliance, HR communications, and employee inquiries. Maintains confidential personnel information, schedules interviews and meetings, prepares HR documents and reports, supports audits and engagement activities, and assists with onboarding and offboarding processes. Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, confidentiality, time management, and proficiency with office and HR software.
