Create visual assets for digital and print channels, maintaining brand consistency. Develop marketing materials, web and social graphics, logos, and templates; prepare print-ready files; collaborate with cross-functional teams; manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and ensure technical production specifications are met.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates. Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, coordinate interviews, extend offers, support onboarding, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and support employer branding.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Success team: manage onboarding, maintain CRM records, coordinate meetings, track requests and milestones, respond to routine customer inquiries, prepare reports, escalate complex issues, and help improve retention and satisfaction through proactive follow-up and documentation.
