Support middle-office credit execution for diversified industries by initiating and reviewing loan packages, coordinating booking and closing activities, ensuring accurate data in systems of record, applying bank policies and compliance, resolving issues with managers, and collaborating with teams to deliver timely, accurate credit exposure booking.

Serve customers in-branch by opening accounts, handling teller transactions, processing service requests and credit applications, and recommending banking products. Build relationships through proactive conversations, support branch growth, use digital tools, comply with risk and regulatory requirements, and coordinate referrals to licensed specialists.
