Entry-level plant finance role supporting job costing, financial reporting, month-end close, budget and inventory costing, variance analysis, internal controls, audits, and basic financial analysis to support plant operations and decision-making while collaborating with corporate accounting and plant leadership.

Sell precast concrete products by engaging contractors, architects, and engineers; review drawings, support bids and design-assist, provide technical assistance, maintain product knowledge, prepare reports, and cultivate customer relationships to win projects.

Manage plant quality assurance and control activities for precast concrete production. Supervise inspectors and third-party agencies, oversee raw material testing, mix design, pre/post-pour inspections, lab equipment maintenance, quality metrics, and training. Ensure compliance with PCI and Precast standards, coordinate with production and engineering, and verify product finishes, dimensions, and strength before shipment.
