Teams at Wells Concrete

Support plant financial operations including job costing, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting support, inventory costing, internal controls, and basic financial analysis to inform plant decision-making. Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate accounting and assist with audits and special projects.

Manage EHS and DOT compliance across plants and field sites: develop safety processes, conduct audits and job safety analyses, investigate incidents, manage workers' compensation and return-to-work, administer DOT drug/alcohol and driver qualification programs, support OSHA inspections, report safety trends, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Sell precast concrete products by engaging contractors, architects, and engineers; review project drawings, support bids and design-assist, provide technical assistance on installations, maintain product knowledge, develop client relationships, and prepare reports and bid documentation to secure projects.
