Oversee daily plant production and workflow, manage schedules and crews, coordinate with engineering and quality, monitor efficiency and inventory, train and coach staff, enforce policies and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality.

Sell precast concrete products by engaging contractors, architects, and engineers; review project drawings, support bids and design-assist, provide technical assistance on installations, maintain product knowledge, develop client relationships, and prepare reports and bid documentation to secure projects.

Support plant financial operations including job costing, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting support, inventory costing, internal controls, and basic financial analysis to inform plant decision-making. Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate accounting and assist with audits and special projects.
