Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care. Manage staff development, performance, documentation, compliance, scheduling, program outcomes, and budgets. Lead program design and community partnerships, enforce regulatory standards, and oversee warehouse/resource operations and related equipment certification.

Lead WellPower's government affairs strategy: monitor legislation and policy, analyze proposals, prepare briefings and testimony, build relationships with elected officials and agency staff, coordinate internal policy positions, represent the organization in hearings and coalitions, track advocacy outcomes, and support executive leadership on government-facing communications.

Clinical Case Managers provide psychological and behavioral case management to assist individuals in achieving recovery. Responsibilities include assessing needs, providing transportation, improving community functioning, and offering support for basic needs and social skills development.
